Ksenia started Saffron & Honey in 2009 while living in London and working as a business consultant. Her passion for food took her back to New York, where she grew up, and back to culinary school. She graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2011. Like her, Saffron & Honey is always in transit, searching for color and inspiration in the things of everyday. Her family has made their home in France, and she journeys back and forth, bringing a piece of her beloved Provence to a small kitchen in NYC. Ksenia is the NYC Food Editor for VRAI Magazine.
