Sexy, Ravenous Creatures in the Pale Moonlight: Andrew Curwen FW26 at NYFW

Brooklyn was the setting — darkness the playground with spotlights casting “moonlight” upon the models who walked the fashion show for designer Andrew Curwen and his FW26 — Fall/Winter 2026 — “Nocturnal Conditions” collection. The dramatic show closed out day five of New York Fashion Week on February 15, 2026.

Deconstructed suiting, a black color palette, torn and tattered lace, corsetry, and hair in plumage styling all ruled the runway with gothic references sewn into looks throughout the collection.

While black was the dominant color throughout, one look burst onto the runways with blood red, shredded fabric protruding from the chest as if blood was gushing forth. The cause? We’ll leave that to your imagination.
Curwen’s dark and sexy aesthetic stands apart from many collections that had unfolded in the days prior. This is definitely a collection that we’ll remember in our waking hours as well as in our dreams.
