Pausing for Beauty and Details: Vautrait SS27 Collection at PFW
The Vautrait Spring/Summer 2027 (SS27) collection unveiled on day one of Paris Fashion Week (PFW) asks us to slow down to take notice. The collection draws from life around the sea, translated through meticulous construction, knots, textures and muted tones. But, what stands out the most are the smallest of details.
One of the looks filled with these details was created in brown tones with an oversized, structured leather jacket, contrasted with fluid trousers gathered at the ankle to create volume, and coordinating sheer tights in the same shade. The details continued into the slingbacks with their delicate, buckled straps, echoing the lines around the ankle and creating the perfect balance of masculine and feminine.

As the model walked past, a long piece of fabric extended from the back of the neckline — the final, unexpected, and striking detail.
These small, intentional decisions by Yonathan Carmel, Founder and Creative Director, are what make Vautrait captivating. You notice one thing, then another, and suddenly the whole look feels different.
Perhaps that is also why this collection asks us to take enough time, to slow down, and to really look.
