At the Intersection of Tailoring and Elevated Streetwear: Public Serv-ce SS26

On Sunday, September 14th, the fourth day of New York Fashion Week, a fusion of tailoring and streetwear was presented at the Public Serv-ce SS26 — Spring/Summer 2026 — “Street Tailorism” runway event.
Inspired by the street and elevated with precision tailoring and Italian fabrics, we find a collection of modern, almost futuristic silhouettes intended for the everyday. A city-inspired color palette of white, black, gray, and mist blue allowed each look to shine on its own with design elements including, but not limited to, oversized styling, relaxed trousers, a nod to Japanese workwear, and elongated tunics.
Of special note was a live performance by rising artist Brinx as part of the runway finale.
