Alice + Olivia SS26 at NYFW: A Celebration of the American Woman

In anticipation of America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, the Alice + Olivia SS26 — Spring/Summer 2026 — “We the Women” collection by Stacey Bendet, is a celebration of American history, culture and fashion while honoring the women who have shaped the nation’s spirits across centuries.
“In 2026, as we honor the 250th anniversary of the United States, we celebrate the American woman,” says Stacey Bendet, Founder, Creative Director, and CEO of alice + olivia. “A woman who has shaped our culture, inspired our art, defined our fashion, and moved through history with strength and style. This collection is a love letter to her!”
Bendet unveiled her 45-look, day-to-evening collection within New York City’s historic Hall of Records with a show-stopping 20-foot interpretation of the Statue of Liberty wearing a gown with butterflies and American roses.
Looks were created and grouped into four themes, Lady Liberty, Guided Glamour, American Beauty, and American Fashion, each one presented within exquisite vignettes only Alice + Olivia can do, vignettes we’ve come to expect each season at NYFW.
