Discover the sheer sexiness of the Frederick Anderson FW26 — Fall/Winter 2026 — collection unveiled on day one of New York Fashion Week, February 11, 2026.
For this season, Anderson was inspired from the Blues and great singer/songwriters such as Nina Simone and Amy Wineshouse, among others. Tony Award nominee, Amber Iman opened the fashion show with a rousing rendition of Simone’s “Feeling Good.”
Created in a palette of black, blue, olive and punches of metallics and materials ranging from Chantilly lace, wool tweeds, tulle, chiffon and metallic laser-cut vegan leather, Anderson presented 34, seductive looks in the form of sheer fabrics, cut outs, flowing fringe and contrasting/layered peek-a-boo moments.

“I wanted to write a story about finding strength in all the blackness,” said Anderson. “We’re in a black time, and you can find an inner strength in that. Throughout the collection, there’s all these layers and different fabrications that layer on top. It’s all in the details and it’s all for the woman to enjoy. It isn’t for everyone.” – Frederick Anderson
Designed for the confidant woman who doesn’t shy away from her sexuality, the collection exuded sheer seduction from the revealing opening look to the finale silver pant suit with matching plunging top.
