Angry Birds by Viktor&Rolf on the Runways of Haute Couture Week

Discover a study in contrasts and duality in the Viktor&Rolf FW25/26 — Fall/Winter 2025-2026 — “Angry Birds” couture collection unveiled on the runways of Haute Couture Week in Paris in July 2025.
The brand presented a parade of 15 pairs of identical, black creations, each pair a contrast in silhouette — one stuffed and adorned with feathers, while the other stripped bare and “deflated.” For the collection, elaborate head pieces were created in collaboration with Stephen Jones.
The latest collection harkens back to the brand’s first Haute Couture FW98–99 collection where creations were presented twice — with and without volume — and marked the essence of experimentation in couture.
