Discover the retrospective beauty of the Schiaparelli FW25/26 — Fall/Winter 2025/2026 — “Back to the Future” Haute Couture collection which opened Haute Couture Week in Paris on July 7, 2025.
Inspired by the period of time during Elsa Schiaparelli’s exodus from her beloved Paris, glimmers of archival-inspired pieces paraded down the runway as well matador-inspirations, elegant suits, and fantasy capes.
Filled with a new color palette and silhouettes — and where a dramatic spotlight put focus on the hips and waist — we find a collectively darker and moody collection, composed primarily of black and white, that harkens to the past, while shaping the future of fashion in a way that only Daniel Roseberry can do.
Two of our favorite looks included a little black dress with a saddle-inspired top embellished with “reins,” and a gun-metal dress with sculptural moments in the bust and hips with delicate draping.
