It’s funny how our appetites are tuned to the weather. Just a week ago, the AC was running and I was sweating bullets, but then this week, it’s as if Mother Nature kicked out Summer and ushered in Fall with a vengeance. It’s not a bad thing at all, especially for those of us who love the cooler days, the colorful landscapes and that change in the air for what’s to come as the year winds down. I’ve suddenly been craving soup, heartier meals and wanting to crank up the oven.
