The afternoon session of New York Men’s Day consisted of six additional designers with distinctively diverse collections. Here are some highlights and a few of my favorite looks. Click here to see the first six from the morning presentations.

Metallics are definitely on trend for the season.

Descendant of Thieves

I loved the usage of prints, clean lines and the colorful spring/summer palette. I’m a big sports jacket fan and so I especially had my eye on those pieces in the 1st and 3rd looks below.

Maiden Noir

The 70s just flashed before me, but this time in a good way! Relaxed styling and fit always look good and are perfect for the warmer seasons. I especially loved the 3rd and 4th looks below.

Heliot Emil

A bit edgy for my personal style, but I did love the blue jacket in the 2nd look below.

R.Swiader

Upon entering the presentation space, I immediately had a Max Max vibe. But after further inspection of the collection. I particularly liked the simplicity of the 2nd look below and there was something drawing me to the cropped “apron” top in the 4th and 5th images. I could actually see this being layered over another shirt for added texture and an edgier style.
